On Wednesday April 10th 2019, a Hamilton Police officer was conducting proactive traffic enforcement duties in the area of Regional Rd. 56 and Cemetery Rd. At that time, a grey SUV was observed traveling at a high rate of speed going southbound on Regional Rd. 56. Further investigation into this vehicle revealed that the speed in which it was traveling was 131 KM/H in a posted 60 KM/H zone.
The Hamilton police officer then conducted a traffic stop and the driver, a 39-year-old-Glandbrook man provided the appropriate documents requested by police. As a result of the offences, the driver’s license has been suspended and his car has been impounded for 7-days. The unnamed male is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday May 7th 2019 to answer to this incident. His charges include:

- Speeding 131 KM/H In A Posted 60 KM/H.
