The BMW wanted in relation to a shooting at the Knights of Columbus Hall has been located.

UPDATE: Due to the public’s assistance in this investigation, Hamilton Police Service (HPS) were able to locate the white 4-door BMW believed to be involved in this crime. The vehicle was located early this morning at an unknown time and location. Hamilton police would like to thank the members of the public and media for their support.

On April 13th 2019, just short of 03:00 Hamilton Police Service (HPS) responded to a reported shooting near 222 Queenston road at the knights of Columbus hall. As a result of the investigation, the individuals involved have been arrested and charged. And at this time no other suspects are outstanding.

29-Year-Old Hamilton Woman’s Charges:

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Careless use of a firearm
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Discharging a firearm with intent
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm

31-Year-Old Hamilton Man’s Charges:

  • Careless use of a firearm
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Carrying a concealed weapon
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
  • Possession contrary to court order (x4)
  • Discharge firearm with intent
